Parappa Rappa is a young scrappy pup that has a serious case of “puppy love” for Ms. Sunny Funny, an anthropomorphic flower. Accompanied by his peers PJ Berry, a/k/a “PJ the DJ” and disco diva Katy Kat, Parappa desperately competes with his arch-nemesis Joe Chin, an overly arrogant dog bearing intimidating muscles, to woo Sunny’s heart.

With the aid of Chop Chop Master Onion, Parappa must learn the art of rap to win Sunny’s affections and become the Hip Hop Hero!
