Sierra Entertainment can be associated with dozens of classic adventure games. Some of the most memorable games I have played are Police Quest, Space Quest, Leisure Suit Larry and, of course, King’s Quest. King’s Quest was my first experience at an “RPG” game on the PC. I was 10 years old and thought I was the coolest kid on the block. Friends would come over and we would imagine the game on the monitor was real and we had to make sure our decisions were perfect. It drove the imagination to the highest level.
That was the goal of all the Sierra games and the visionaries behind it were Roberta and Ken Williams. Roberta and Ken created the first graphic adventure game in 1980 called Mystery House. From there they would go on to create some of the most recognizable adventure games in history.
