On January 9th, Limited Run Games formally opened pre-orders for the physical release of Capcom Arcade Stadium Vol. 1, a compilation that will bring 32 classic Capcom arcade games to modern consoles. This particular compilation is not new. It is already available to purchase in digital form for the Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Steam platforms. Capcom Arcade Stadium is somewhat complicated on these platforms, however. It’s free to download, but only comes with a single game, 1943 The Battle of Midway, with 30 titles having to be purchased separately as DLC, and the 32nd title, Ghosts ‘n Goblins, only available as a special bundle bonus.

Retailing for $59.99, the physical release of Capcom Arcade Stadium will cost about as much as buying all the games in the digital version individually, as they all cost $1.99. In addition to the physical copy of the game, the Limited Run Games version also has five variant covers for the box and a collectible eight page booklet describing the arcade titles. The game itself is presented in three eras. The full list of games is as follows-
