With Football season over and Baseball a month away, we’re smack in the middle of NHL season. If you’re a gamer, the only thing you have to play currently is NHL 2023. While there are other indie titles out there, the amount of licensed hockey games available on consoles is null. But let’s not get too down about it. Here’s our list of NHL games we’d love to see make a comeback.

Ice Hockey: Why Nintendo won’t just update the old game with NHL teams and rosters is insane.

NHL FaceOff: Another series that just needs a reskin with current rosters. It has a fanbase- people would play it in droves.

Wayne Gretzky 3D Hockey: One of the best arcade hockey games ever needs to come back.

Blades of Steel: Who else wants to get in a few fights with this one?

NHL Hitz: The collapse of Midway killed this franchise, one which was at its best, just at the wrong time for the company.
