The name alone grabs your attention. “Witch loves Bullets”, is as basic as you can get to describe a game. This 8-bit shooter takes you on a flying adventure as a witch, shooting down ghosts, frogs and even boats. It features varied enemies, a couple of power-ups and parallax scrolling. Nothing about this game makes sense except it is super fun and addicting. There are only 4 stages with a boss at the end of each stage, but the challenge is to get as high a score as you can.

The game has a combo multiplier, so defeating enemies in succession will grant you more points. There is a “S” power up that can give you a spread of bullets making it easier to get all the enemies on the screen.  There is also a “P” power up to get you a bigger bullet and stronger hit when shooting the enemy.

There are 3 different levels of play.  Casual – this gives you unlimited number of lives. Normal – gives you 3 lives and normal mount of enemies. Hard which gives you 1 life and a lot more enemies. Not only can you shoot bullets at the enemies, but you can hit the B button to drop bubble “bombs” to get the enemy on the ground. This is very useful on the 2nd boss.

There is not much more to say about this game other than it is worth the money to add to your iiRcade library. For only $4.99 you can play an addicting shoot-em up game that keeps track of global leader boards.
