What do you get when you cross Zelda with Grand Theft Auto? One awesome retro game, and it’s launching September 20th on Kickstarter.

Vice: Magic City Mayhem is a top-down 8-bit retro action/adventure game inspired by Zelda with a GTA: Vice City theme. You play as Dutch, one of Magic City’s top enforcers on a quest to save your one true love, Sophie. Make your way through bustling nightclubs, scenic beaches, and raptor-infested yachts to defeat 8 epic bosses and uncover the secrets of Magic City and save your one true love!

The Story

When Sophie, your one true love, vanishes under mysterious circumstances, you step into the boots of Dutch, a determined hero, to explore Magic City. Navigate neon-drenched streets, unravel corruption, and face chaos to uncover the truth and rescue Sophie.

The project will be launched on Kickstarter September 20, 2025 to help with the final funding of the game. Rewards include backer-exclusive in-game items and a chance to create your own NPCs and Bosses.
